No culture of responding to queries. If cant respond, why even share contact details or have contact form? I wouldn't buy products of such a company even if they were to launch in future .

Bad experience. Waiting for a meeting for past 2 months, the management there is not bothered about any client. Thumbs down for management. At-least have some courtesy to get back to client.
