Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I requested a quotation for 5000 layer bird battery cages and followed up, yet received absolutely no response for over two weeks. This shows a clear lack of seriousness and respect for potential clients. If a company cannot even acknowledge an inquiry, it raises serious concerns about their customer service and business ethics. I would not recommend Gartech to anyone expecting timely communication or professionalism

Myself Gopal from tamilnadu a year back purchased and installed gartech auto feeder and drinking system for my 2 poultry farms, and last 6months before for my brother 2 farms we installed gartech equipments and last month for my another 2new farms I installed gartech equipments, the service is not good we keep on facing issues in gartech service. For my brother we face issue in nipple system after lot of calls & followup the problem solved, now For the new 2farms they failed to provide feed storage drums, informed to the gartech team a month ago, but till now the issue is not yet solved, the regulator is not working properly. Almost 2times the technicians visited the farm but the issue not yet solved.
Gartech providing quality equipments, but failed to provide good customer support.
Kindly focus on customer support as a request.

Association with Gartech has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have a 385/45‑size shed built by Gartech, completed last August, and two batches have already been lifted. Everything about Gartech is excellent. The material quality is outstanding and far superior to that of other companies. The staff are exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and very client‑oriented. I also appreciate that when any mechanical or electrical issue arises—though rare—a technician arrives within a couple of hours and resolves it promptly.
We got our full EC broiler poultry shed constructed on our farmland by Gartech Equipments Pvt. Ltd., and overall it has been a very satisfying experience.
Right from the planning stage to execution, the product quality has been excellent. The shed structure, ventilation system, and overall finishing clearly reflect their experience and technical expertise in poultry projects. Everything feels sturdy, well-designed, and built to last.
One thing we really appreciated was their quick response time. Whenever we faced any issues or had doubts during the project, their team responded promptly and worked towards solutions without delays. The sales and civil teams are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and professional, yet very approachable, which made coordination smooth.
What truly stands out is their after-sales customer support. Even after the completion of the shed, their team has been very helpful and supportive, which gives a lot of confidence as a farm owner.
As a small suggestion, they could work on reducing the overall project completion time slightly, which would make the experience even better. That said, the quality and support definitely make up for it.
Overall, we are happy with Gartech Equipments and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and technically sound poultry shed solution.
Very good quality of equipments like ventilation system, Feeders and nipple system.Feeder pan design is ready to start from frist day of chicks.
