We had a wonderful experience with Galaxy Marbles( Duncan Road) the shop itself is very well organized, clean, and has a comfortable layout that makes it easy to explore different options..The shop has a very good collection of tiles and the rates are also quite reasonable compared to other places. Mr Asif Shaikh is extremely knowledgeable and patiently showed us many options and suggested beautiful tile combinations that suited our space perfectly. His friendly guidance made the whole selection process so easy for us. We’re really happy with our choices and would happily recommend this place to others!

Cheated, overcharged, and given a fake invoice stay away.

We had one of the worst buying experiences at Galaxy Marble (Girgaon). We purchased Simoll sanitary fittings worth over ₹3.2 lakh and later found that they had:
• Overcharged us by more than 50% compared to standard dealer rates,
• Given only a 35% discount while others were giving 50%,
• Added 18% GST separately (while it’s generally included),
• And worst of all, issued a completely fake invoice for tiles, not for the actual Simoll products sold.

Despite multiple reminders, they ignored us and even suggested they might deny the transaction completely. Only after we escalated the issue to Simoll’s corporate team did anything happen.

Extremely disappointing experience unfair billing, fake invoice, and zero ethics.

We purchased Simoll sanitary fittings from Galaxy Marble (Girgaon) in April 2024. For example while the same products were available at most other Simoll dealers for ₹100 MRP with 50% standard discount (i.e., ₹50 final price), Galaxy Marble gave only a 35% discount, charging ₹65, and then added 18% GST on top, making it ₹76.70 for something others were selling at ₹50 inclusive.

This means we were charged over 50% more than the standard market price.

On top of that, they also issued us a fake invoice billing us for tiles instead of the actual Simoll sanitary fittings we purchased. When we questioned the pricing and asked for a corrected invoice, they stalled, ignored all follow-ups, and even hinted they’d deny the transaction entirely.

Only when we escalated the issue to Simoll’s corporate team did things start moving. To their credit, Simoll (especially Mr. Surendra Jain) acknowledged the unfairness, even though much of this wasn’t in their direct control which we genuinely appreciate.

However, the experience with Galaxy Marble was unethical, stressful, and unacceptable. They misled us, overcharged us, gave a fake invoice, and tried to get away with it. We would strongly advise others to avoid this vendor — and if you must purchase Simoll products, please go to a transparent, GST-compliant dealer.

Twice I have taken tiles, granite and marble from them. The tiles which I had took for my kitchen were very good but the granite which they sent was damaged and then they are asking me if I checked or not. It’s their responsibility to check and send the right product.

Recently I took white Matt finish semi vitrified tiles from them for my office but after applying the tiles on the wall the colour became grey. So I asked them that why is this happening? Soni was told this is because the tile must still be wet. But even after 15 days the colour has still not changed and it looks grey and now when I am calling them they are not picking the phone.

Before I bought the tile they said don’t worry about the product sir if there is any issue we are here and now they don’t even pick up the phone
