Did not do the work. Always promised to deliver but in the end stopped picking up the call. Took all the advance and when it came to work, he took other projects!!
Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.
Fraud. Please never buy from them ever. I have lost all the money, delivered worst quality. Also hazardous. He was delayed to deliver from 2 months, and lied about his whereabouts as well as updates. As per him things were already made but When I went to see his garage, work was not even started yet.
Now he is not picking up call from last 1 month.
If I could, I would give him negative rating. But please save yourself and never purchase from him. He is a liar and fraud.
Condition of all my chairs within 6months of buying. Upon delivery of chairs, they stopped picking up calls or reply to messages for after services or for any other issues. Even these issues have been sent to them a long time back still no response.
I found the connect on Google. It was overall a very good experience. They have good quality and wide range of products at very competitive prices. I am very happy with the product which I received and the over all communication was very smooth.
Normally I do not post reviews but this one was exceptional in every way and hence I had to come here to acknowledge that!!
The product (ES01 Comfort) was great as expected but the service that was provided is what made the whole experience exceptional. They paid personal attention to detail, advised us on what we should go for and were willing to customize to our requirements! Right from day 1 it was a fantastic experience dealing with them. We are so happy that we will always choose them if and when we need more chairs!!
