First of all your account doesnt let me disable it, I am being charged like anything without even using it. There is no way out to reach customer support also. I had to pay the amount without even using it. When i tried disabling the account earlier it should have been disabled. It your system issue which doesnt allow and charge the user without even using it. I need my refund
