Excellent service and very cooperative staff. The showroom was clean and well maintained. They explained all bike features properly and helped me choose the best model according to my budget. Smooth delivery experience too.
Got an service appointment of 8:30 reached on time I was kept waiting for 30 min later the bike was kept in washing area for about 2hrs without anyone attending it, what's the use of taking appointment & reaching on time if the bike is not been touched, after wasting 3 hrs at the center had to come home without doing service, worst experience ever request everyone to stay away from these people

I had an extremely bad experience with your service. The staff was unprofessional and showed no interest in helping customers. There was a huge delay in response, and no proper communication was provided at any point. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic update. The level of coordination among the team was very poor, which made the entire process frustrating. It felt like customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Such careless service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. I strongly suggest improving your service quality and responsiveness.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your dealership. The bike was not delivered on the promised date, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper response or clear communication from your team. The staff seemed uncooperative and kept giving different excuses instead of resolving the issue. There was a complete lack of coordination between departments, making the process frustrating. I had high expectations, but the experience turned out to be very poor. Delays like this without proper updates are unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service.

This service centre and new bike showroom is close to mahim railway station (West). Closest underground metro station is Sitladevi. Showroom time is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and service centre timing is 8 am to 6.30 pm. It remains open on weekends. For service you have to leave your bike for 4-5 hour's.
