The best ERP software in the market. Specially with the flexibility of customisations and precise software implementation process.
The best ERP solution of SMEs. The system is very good with multiple features and modules, if used in proper way (following the business standards). The mumbai team is very supportive with proper challan of booking the support tickets and getting resolved.
Even during non official hours the team attend the calls like Mr Sajid Khan /Mr Naushad /Mr Imran etc.
The company launches regular updates in case of any new features and corrections .

we at Hindustan Foods Ltd have been using Focus for more then 2 Decades, Focus as an organization has always provided latest technology based solution and have launched new versions while also supporting old version clients which is we can say the best thing to do. For past 15 years our services are being provided by Dharmishtha and her team member Noman which gives us lot of confidence recommending their solution to others as we see stable team which is normally not the case with IT companies. a BIG THANK U to their service team and leader of Focus Bombay Branch
Probably the worst “software” ever. Horrible service people. They act like they’re doing us a favour as if they’re not taking a hefty AMC. I asked for them to fix the server since my static IP had changed and they said it’ll take them a WEEK for someone to come and fix it. Tabtak kya karu? Accounting and invoicing band kar du company ka? They’re in Khar and 40 minutes from my office - they reacted as if I called to Bombay from Kharakpur. I told them to take the access through AnyDesk and they said the internet access is down for the whole building. I asked them if no one had a mobile hotspot. They said even that’s not working. Cause obviously Jio and Vodafone are all down at that same exact time. I paid 3L for the software and around 40k for AMC. They sell it as a customisable software - absolutely nothing is customisable and their interface is from the 1800s. Please save your money. Excel is better than this useless “software”. Currently using Deskera, very happy with it. Even considered ZohoBooks. These are all cloud based softwares so you don’t need a server and all plus cheaper too. If I could could give a negative rating I would. Run in the opposite direction and save yourself and your company some time and money.
