Nice store very best repair shop fast service thanku so much
Visited this shop to get the glass of my OnePlus 12 replaced. The technician did try his best—he managed to remove a few bubbles during the process, which we appreciated. However, new bubbles appeared right in the middle of the screen after the replacement, which was quite disappointing.
When I raised this issue to the manager, the technician rushed in and started speaking in a loud, rude tone. Shockingly, he also showed big eyes to my wife and spoke to her disrespectfully, which was completely unacceptable. He even started accusing us of misbehaving with other nearby shops—an entirely false claim. We had only asked for prices and moved on politely.
While the repair effort was decent and the manager remained calm and professional throughout, the technician’s aggressive and disrespectful behavior—especially toward my wife—was completely out of line. This seriously affected our overall experience. A little professionalism and basic respect would have gone a long way.
We are visiting Mumbai from the UK, and bought a local SIM card from this shop. Staff were very helpful in both selling the SIM and making sure that it was set up and working correctly in the phone. Recommended.
