Had been for a pedicure with Rakesh kumar, it was absolutely superb!! My feet seemed so light and clean, all the dead skin was removed without using a blade. My feet had not felt so good in a long time.
My hair wash too was so relaxing with a massage chair and superb hair pressure by Stephen and a quick by effective blast dry by Praful.

My recent visit at Florien Walkeshwar was deeply disappointing, especially because it was such a stark contrast to the excellent experience I had at this same branch last year.
To start positively, the therapist who performed my Korean Hair Spa treatment was good. Unfortunately, everything surrounding the treatment made what should have been a relaxing experience feel uncomfortable and stressful.
I was assigned a "VIP room" that featured translucent glass panels with a few transparent strips. As a woman, I found this completely inappropriate for a spa treatment requiring privacy. I was expected to change and spend over one hour in this room while male staff frequently moved around outside and the floor was full of male and female customers. The setup made me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious rather than relaxed.
What was particularly frustrating is that I raised my concerns before the treatment began, but was told there was no alternative room available. While I understand operational constraints, customer privacy should never be compromised because of scheduling issues.
The discomfort worsened towards the end of the service when multiple male staff members began knocking on the door while the therapist was still completing the treatment. I genuinely worried someone might enter before I was ready. No customer (especially a woman) should feel that level of anxiety during a luxury spa service.
The room was also unsuitable for relaxation. It was not soundproof, and spa music was drowned out by loud conversations, customers on phones, blow dryers, and general salon noise and their own music outside the spa room. Bright white salon lights shone through the top transparent glass, making it even harder to relax.
There were also smaller details that fell short of expectations. During my consultation, the staff member assessing my hair had hands that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. So much for a premium experience costing close to INR 6000.
I shared this feedback at the billing counter and was offered a complimentary manicure/pedicure voucher, which I appreciate. However, it does not change the fact that I spent much of the treatment feeling uncomfortable and unable to relax.
What makes this especially disappointing is that my previous visit last year was exceptional. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my privacy, comfort, and overall experience as a female customer were not given the consideration they deserved. For the price charged and the premium image the salon projects, that is simply unacceptable.
Absolutely one of the best luxury spa experiences in Hyderabad. The ambiance is elegant, the therapists are highly skilled, and the entire experience feels premium and relaxing. Great attention to detail and top-notch hygiene. Definitely worth it.
Only scope of opportunity, is to allow customers to choose the therapist (male/female)
I want to say a huge thank you to the staff! I actually ended up here by chance I got a bit lost in Mumbai and just stepped in to ask for directions. The team welcomed me so warmly and showed me around their salon, so I decided to stay for a haircut and a massage. I don't regret it for a second! Now, whenever I think of Mumbai, I'll remember this hospitable place. Special thanks to Razia you guys are awesome! Wishing you all the best and lots of success!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Florian Hurel Hair Couture and Spa in Walkeshwar, Mumbai. I tried multiple treatments, and each one exceeded expectations. The hot stone massage was excellent and helped in lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and detoxification. Their steam room is world-class, truly at par with international standards.
I also indulged in a spa pedicure with gel nail paint, and a Korean hair spa after an advanced AI scalp analysis,that left my hair squeaky clean, nourished, and pampered. On top of that, their in-house café served the perfect avocado on toast paired with a delicious cappuccino.
This place combines top-of-the-class luxury, expert pampering, impeccable services, and the warmest staff. Truly one of the best spas in Mumbai — highly recommended!
