Had Really bad experience with Mr. Siraj there Sales Manger In #Hyderabad, had given a booking for one 20' container from china to india, the person was so sweet in talking and taking the order and at the 11th hour he is informing that my shipper is not handing over the cargo, but the fact was that it was vice versa #Flomic global logistics ltd was unable to pick up the cargo. on time. would never recommend this company for any sort of logistics.

I'm a direct exporter with over 15 years into exports, this has been my worst shipping experience ever! One of the sales man from Flomic got in touch and assured amazing service. I went head and thought of trying them. We had a one-layover priority air shipment which took more than 2 weeks to arrive that too with 60% damage and one package out of 8 lost. Ever since I'm just trying to figure a way out but nah, they ain't going to help me. Worst Experience, Worst Customer Service and Worst Communication. They don't even know how to the claim process works in case of damaged goods via air transport. Please stay away from them and look for someone else to handle your shipments. Don't tell me I did not warn you later!
