Very pathetic service. We chose a particular colour and what they sent was really pathetic and then they weren’t ready to take onus of the wrong product delivered. No body picks up the call, nor do they take ownership of wrong colour or product delivered. What kind of service this is ? Is this the way you treat your customers who have bought such expensive product from you?? Atleast accept your mistake.. Don’t just eat people’s money without service😡
Worst after sales service. I am an architect and got the work done from them . Within few days I got the crack . Since 2 months I have bee following with them for repair and they are just giving dates. Don’t go with them if u want to have professional service .I am Ar sarika from Sk design studio. I have lots of projects going on. Tomorrow I have a photo shoot and I will be publicaly showing the crack
