Extremely pathetic service and delivery quality. The owner Faraz demanded full payment even before the delivery was done, claiming that the set and delivery will be done by experts and that I would not have anything to worry about. I should have known better. Faraz even had the audacity to tell me that I was arguing unnecessarily. I SHOULD have known the moment he insisted for the full payment before delivery that this was going to be the worst. They sent two people for the installation out of which one was a truck driver and the other was a bad mouthed inexperienced person who did not even bring the tools required for installation. After much follow up and i felt mentally harassed by this point, they then sent more people. The installation which was to be done in under 2-3 hours, took 9 hrs. I kid you not ..modular pieces of furniture, they took 9 hrs.Even more appalling was the sales staff person - aniket. After false reassurances to fix the incomplete and unkempt set up , NO ONE SHOWED UP. Till today, it's been more than 1.5 months and no once has come to fix the incomplete works. The handles are not polished so they have sharp edges which have physically scratched my family members and myself. The laminate used is different in some of the inside parts of the furniture, there are paan and dirt like stains on some of the laminates. Extremely horrid experience. DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE PATHETIC. EXPEXT ONLY FALSE PROMISES AND NO SUPPORT.
