I am rohit waghe from navi mumbai Battery having draining issue battery is in warranty talk to customer care many time then also they are not excepting battrey pathetic Service Never buy exide battery.
Very bad experience about alleged 'warranty' of Exide Car Battery. I had high respect for the name and brand of Exide Batteries. But, felt shattered with bad experience. I had a Car Battery FML-5-ML40LBH battery in my car on 30/03/2021 (started usage since 01/04/2021). I was told that, the warranty of such battery is of Five years (05 Years). That is also mentioned categorically. But just in 39 months, the Battery totally failed and car just stopped on road, in night time, and I was required to wait for more than hours. After almost 90 minutes, some person from my battery vendor helped. After talking to customer care, I was told that, though the battery life is for 05 years, after 40 months of usage (40 not even completed), I will need to pay 70-80% atleast and buy new battery. How is it feasible?? Even if I give my old battery (39 months) to some vendor directly, he will give me that much as discount. But then what is use of company name and brand?? Then, how company is claiming that, battery life is for 05 years. I had purchased the battery with 05 years warranty. Obviously, I was expecting that the battery will last atleast for 05 years. The standard onesided - densely worded Warranty policy was not even given to me, before purchase. It is not expected that a middle class man will read lot of content (with small and compact font), before purchasing a car battery. The vendor sold it with representations of 05 years and I purchased it relying on the representations and assurances alongwith 'name of the company. But, I am still waiting to understand the game being played under the name of warranty.

Exide bike battery get dead within 13 months, and the replacement service also taking too much time to replace under warranty. Exide Co. should look at after sale service, otherwise over a period customer will shift to Amron battery. Don't cheat with customer.
Bought two wheeler exide battery and within three months started getting issues. It's been two weeks and the customer care team doesnt have any idea about the status of my battery. Won't recommend.
