I purchased a 200AH LiFePO₄ battery in June 2025 purely based on Mr. Preet’s repeated assurances during my initial enquiry. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely disappointing.
There was no proper delivery—only a Porter-app drop. To be on the safer side, I arranged the pickup myself. I even handled the setup on my own since there is no installation support (which ideally shouldn’t be a problem).
However, the real issue began when the indicator screen suddenly went blank. I reported the problem immediately, only to be told that I would have to bring the battery to their location, nearly 50 km away. I requested them to at least arrange an engineer visit or replace the faulty part—something that is clearly a more sensible and customer-friendly solution.
Sadly, I have not received any positive response even though I raised this issue in the first week of October 2025.
Not sure how this company is getting 5-star ratings when basic after-sales support is missing. I’m honestly tired of following up now. My last option is to stop wasting time and get the issue checked by a more reliable vendor.

27th Nov 2025 - Update 1 - Mr Preet & his father contacted me as soon as they saw this review and to my surprise I was rold that they were actually ready with alteenative solution to help assist woth my service issue.
They quickly updsted me with options.
So my issue is under considerationand i think very soon its gona get rectified.
Thanks to comendable support from father duo electrochem team.
