Reason for giving 2 star which tht too is not suitable, bcuz of customer service call waiting as well without attending issue closing ticket issue. "On 02.10.25 I hv pickup at Bhiwandi location Chinchoti Anujar Patha were on suddenly Cab given up to start it was arnd evening 17:15pm I hv tried best to push and jump strt with help of passer by ppl but vain raised ticket issue at 17:30pm from tht time to 19:40pm I was there and no one turned neither gt call frm workshop on continously calling on workshop no one attended the call only waiting which was more than 15-20mints but tht to vain no call back lastly gt call frm koparkhaine frm Neelkant who tried hard to solve but tht to vain I hv to self manage some how local mechanic and temporary gt cab strtd and some how reached my destination and surprising without attending my issue ticket is closed??.
Everest Fleet team are not bother abt the drivers on road only if payment gt delayed or not deposited wkly amt gtting calls back to back but to attend issue least bother....
Patectic customer service from everest Fleet.... Sorry U ppl hv no understanding for drivers who are facing issues, for delay Payments we will gt call whole day 2-3 times , also without understanding issue you ppl stop cash payment acceptance..... Kindly understand first issue than take calls.... Everyone is going some other issues. Have some courtesy as well take decesion accordingly be bit flexible. Who will bear the loss due to breakdown as well no one attend on time we are looser yours daily charges are on will you compensate the loss of business? of tht particular Hours.... Think of it.
