Got my 8050 printer fixed under warranty, hassle free process.
Very very poor service. Epson a quality company should not recommend this service centre. It has been a 7 days but still no one has visited. No one is receiving a call from this service centre. Very bad experience.
Extremely unprofessional service. The technician did only half the work and my printer again stopped working. No one is answering the calls now. In fact they have even blocked my number. Would recommend you to get your printer serviced from somewhere else if possible
WORST SERIVCE CENTRE. I had repaired the my EPSON L6160 printer from this EPSON Authorized service centre, first they tell that print head and pump is damaged and expense around 8400/- i'll pay this amount, thereafter their engineer said we have change cable so spend another 1300/- on next day. after spending 9700/- not even single print out is coming now. and Today their engineer said you have change main board of the printer which is faulty. they are telling you have to change main board of the printer which is damaged by their engineer. Worst service centre. Please dont go for this service centre.
Not worth giving one star also. They are authorised service centre for Epson but they don't take calls or give service. Even after one month of complaining at the Epson call centers after multiple reminders they didn't provide any service. Useless and careless.
