Tried the cleaning service for the first time...Got sofa & dining chairs cleaned... Good experience.. Two guys Mallick & Raj had come... The staff was very punctual & respectful.. Thank you. SATISFIED.. Would recommend.
I used their services yesterday. Firstly, they are not Elvin cleaning services. They operate under different names.Secondly, I revisited their reviews and noticed a pattern... Most of the reviews have come 3 months ago and the profile of their customers seem to be college students.
Seems like they run a digital agency to make their reviews look authentic.
With respect to their service.. the staff is not experienced, no uniform and come with faulty equipments. Also, I had to ensure they do a second round of cleaning.
After the below average service, the staff was arguing with their manager who was refusing to transfer their monies.
Overcharged and inefficient.
Post Edit ( response to Owner) : There is no confusion, I checked again. Also, if you have completed 1000+ cleaning services, your reviews are hardly 3 months old. Also, you could have called to clarify this, unless a team member of yours is diverting business elsewhere. Once again, seems like a bunch of people, who outsources work with anyone who has a vaccum cleaner and even after the payment, the staff is arguing with their manager over non-payment.
I have all the details of my payment etc. in place.
