Recommended by me who has more then 30 Eicher 9025 vehicles ....NEVER NEVER And Never ever buy this vehicle as I being there prime customer still I am recommending it because there are many issues I am facing.
All my vehicles are Transit mixers and the advanced technology of Volvo they claim but each and every day have to send my one or two vehicles to service centre and this is my issue.
After that also the same issue is repeated.
The major issues are related to
Electrical
Clutch
And
Pump
Today my one vehicle broke down at 4 am and I got a confirmation call from call centre at 5 am that the vehicle will be attended at 9 am.
My vehicle was at Thane and the took 9 hours to reach... I don't know when they would have reached if my vehicle would have been at some remote place.
After reaching they asked to do the payment first before attending... even though my vehicle was under warranty.
