They never return deposit refunds on time
Its 10 days now i haven’t recieved my refund yet
I had booked a Kia Carens via call, I got the confirmation over the phone the pick up time was also decided and previous evening of my booking I called just to get the pictures of the car and they tell me the car is now not available and no other car is also not available. Cant rely on such services of self drive cars there are much better options available in the market. #worst experience with East West car service.
Absolute worst experience.
What seemed like a very chill and hassle free experience at the beginning turned out to be a nightmare. Firstly they tried to charge 1000rs/day for as Outstation charge which was quoted yo be 500 a day. Luckily I has call recording as proof. Secondly, they claim to refund the deposit in 4 day, however they took more than 8 days in my case, I got my deposit after days of follow ups and atleast 20 calls. If you want peace, do not go for this rental service, they are "goons" which you'll realise once you ask them for your deposit.
Mr Vijay gave us a real good car...and v enjoyed the outings
3rd class vehicles they give. I booked for Maruti Brezza Vdi AT but they have given me Mahindra Marazzo of 85000KM covered vehicle. Better you go with it if you have no option left.
