WORSTTTTT EVER. I’m still wondering how they’ve managed to get a 4.9 star rating. Such a shame.

Never approach the WhatsApp number that’s linked to the website. The lady is very unresponsive.

Waited for 3 whole days to get my docs apostilled, only to receive an “INITIATE PAYMENT” mail once again (even though I paid the fee 3 days back).

The Mumbai office, in particular, is a scam.

If you want a true service, please don’t go here. Especially, those who are staying OUTSIDE INDIA. Never contact them. They’re the worstttt ever.

If you still wish to proceed, please know the following rules, as they expect these strictly from their customers.

1. Be specific about your requirements (as they don’t explain you and expect you to know the whole process)

2. Have some extra time, money, energy, and patience to follow up with them regularly until they get back to you with their unfinished work.

Shraddha is the name of the person who took my case. That’s her number linked to the WhatsApp icon on their website. JUST DON’T EVER CONTACT HER. Simply waste.

It's not usual for me to write reviews, but I feel compelled to write a very nice review for EAS. I used EAS to apostille my birth certificate. Very quick service, clear communication, frequent updates, and on time delivery. Cannot ask for anything more!

Dear EAS Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding the condition in which my original degree certificate has been returned by your office after the apostille process.

For your reference, the timeline of events is as follows:

• 4th February: My original degree certificate along with the affidavit was dispatched to your office for attestation/apostille services.
• 6th February: Your office confirmed receipt of the documents (screenshot proof available).
• After several follow-ups and delays in communication from your team, the documents have now been returned to me.

However, upon receiving the courier, I was extremely shocked and disappointed to see that my original degree certificate has been returned in a torn and damaged condition.

Specifically:

• The certificate is physically torn, which clearly indicates careless handling while the document was under your custody.
• There are multiple stapler marks and holes on the certificate, suggesting that the document was stapled several times at different points.
• This has permanently damaged an important original academic document, which should have been handled with utmost care and professionalism.

Please understand that this is not a photocopy but my original degree certificate, and such negligence from a professional apostille service provider is completely unacceptable.

I am attaching photographs of the torn certificate and stapler marks for your reference.

Clients submit critical original documents to your organization with the expectation that they will be handled safely and returned in the same condition. Unfortunately, the current situation reflects serious negligence and lack of proper document handling procedures.

Therefore, I request the following immediately:

1. A clear written explanation of how my original degree certificate was torn and damaged while under your custody.
2. Details of the internal handling process and the responsible department involved.
3. Your proposed resolution for the damage caused to my original academic document.
4. Confirmation of the steps your organization will take to prevent such incidents in the future.

Please note that damage to an original academic certificate is a very serious matter. If this issue is not addressed responsibly and promptly, I will be forced to pursue further action, including filing a formal police complaint and initiating legal/consumer action for negligence and mishandling of original documents.

I expect a prompt response and resolution from the management at the earliest.

Kindly treat this matter with urgent priority.

EAS is very professional company than others in market also their prices are less than market rate. They are reliable and they maintain their deadlines. I was very sceptical about fraud as I was doing this process(Degree and PCC stamps from HRD, MEA and China Embassy) for first time but I had no option bcz others were costlier than EAS so I trusted and submitted documents at their documents collection center. And they maintain my trust.

Thanks Bijal Maam for your support through out the support.

I used their service after reading all the positive reviews. They are quite professional; picked up my doc at my doorstep, shared a timeline and got it done very quickly. They are also very responsive which was reassuring. They are slightly more expensive than some other others but they are completely worth it. I liked their website where I could track things live and how they sent my attested doc back in a neat folder. I recommend using their attestation services and I found them very convenient.
