I liked a piece of furniture on the website and visited the store to see if it was on display and I could see it before buying. Understandably they cannot keep every piece of furniture at their stores. However their sales associate Vikram Mahayavanshi was very helpful in showing me similar products on display, wood samples etc. He was also instrumental in creating a seamless order/payment and delivery process. The furniture arrived ahead of schedule and matched the online pics and description. The delivery and installation were also without a hitch. Vikram was on top of it throughout the entire process. Kudos.
As with all such purchases, the real proof of the quality is evident only after use; so I will revisit this review in a years time. Till then many thanks to Vikram and the team at Durian.
Arvind was the person we interacted with when we purchased from Durian. He is very informative, patient, extremely helpful and honest.
He explained everything really very well.
We are very grateful as he was very accommodative in many ways.
Thankyou Arvind.
Thanks a lot for helping me out. Your staff Vikram Mahavanshi was very courteous & showed us around & explained the various sofa cum beds quite well. Thanks again.
Great Service given by Mr Khalid right from showing different sofas patiently and helping us buy one to helping in coordination with the logistic team to ensure that we got our products properly on time. Great work Khalid .
Also the delivery and installation team are great and very polite .
Very positive vibe at the Worli showroom, tucked away in a bylane. The sales representative Mr. Vikram was quite helpful & answered all our questions patiently. I would advise potential buyers to definitely visit the Durian showroom before they make their decision. Excellent build quality Sofas..
