Rampant mis-selling and lying at the time of sale. No ethics or morals, complete denial of responsibility at time of delivery - no resolution, no remorse, rather lie again and claim full disclosure.
Avoid this store like the plague. They do not care about the customer and will lie through their teeth.
Lovely sofa! Clarkson - green is the one I purchased. Totally loved the look, comfort and overall vibe n feel it adds to my living room space. Extremely satisfied.
We have purchased the Sofa from Durian Goregaon. After completion of three years the skin of the Recliner Sofa has damaged. We have taken utmost care of Sofa. At old residence we have purchased the Sofa from Local shop which was last for 8 years. What's the brand value then? Contacted Service team, they told us that the same will be chargeable. Warranty is one year and 4 years repair warranty. Should we go for the Brand Value of Sofa which is only three years old? Hafty price. No Quality and after sales service. Really disappointed.
