Disgusting Services by Charkop DTDC(behind Bhagwati) They returned back my Mother's Death Certificate Courier and again Std Chtd Bank Courier. They do not follow the SOP of Missed Delivery. Either they should leave a card of Missed You like other couriers do or they should call back. Secondly They should hold the Courier for atleast two days. Their owner says if the person is not available we return the courier back same day by 6 pm. They are blatantly violating the norms and when I recorded the conversation with their Franchise Owner Mr Kishore threatened me with dire consequences. I am extremely disturbed this unprofessional, rude and arrogant behavior of DTDC. Worst Experience i ever had with any Courier service in my life.
Extremely worst and so unprofessional service
I’ve booked my shipment from Chennai on 24th march and bother on 25th march 2026.
The delivery date was 31st march. And today is 8th of April. I’ve raised complaints and called every connecting branch, but said it’s not received. So worst service. Will never use Dtdc again and also I recommend none to use
Extremely unprofessional experience at the DTDC Goregaon East branch. The receptionist at the front desk has absolutely no sense of how to speak with customers and behaves in a very rude and dismissive manner. Basic professionalism and customer service are completely missing.
It’s also very evident why this branch has poor reviews. If the staff does not feel like delivering a parcel, they simply mark the status as “Receiver not available at premises,” even when someone is present to receive it. This is irresponsible and highly inconvenient for customers.
DTDC seriously needs to look into the behaviour of the receptionist and the overall conduct of the staff at this branch.
I had a wonderful experience at the DTDC Goregaon branch, thanks to Mr. Pravin. I reached the store around 8:45PM to courier two laptops to my Bangalore office, right at their closing time. Despite the store officially closing, Mr. Pravin very kindly agreed to help me out.
He knew that packaging two laptops, entering the details into the system, and completing the entire process would take time—but he stayed back without any hesitation. The entire process took about 30–35 minutes, and not once did he show any signs of being in a hurry or inconvenience. He handled everything efficiently, seamlessly, and most importantly—with a warm smile on his face.
It’s rare to come across people who are not only so helpful and efficient but also genuinely passionate and thoughtful about their work. Mr. Pravin truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for his support. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I sincerely hope more people in customer service bring the same level of dedication and kindness.

This is not the first time i am getting things delivered via DTDC. I use quite a lot of courier services.
DTDC offices charge quite a lot, and most of them don't even deliver it home, but at least they should have the courtesy to give some where on the way or close by. I am not a first-timer or newbie I am quite experienced in the parcel service over the years of using services.
This particular order was a passport delivery and express delivery you expect in 3 days even in 3 tier cities. tier 1 is 24 hours. This one they charged 600/- rupees just for an envelope (passport) and we missed the flight because of no passport in hand. The best part is no one even responded to the email query raised forget about a call.

If the higher heads are reading this then I would love to tell you. Your things are seriously not in good shape. Please monitor and work on it.
