They don’t know anything they just opened a branch and took a lot of money from us
Very Bad service people are not cooperative
People have No knowledge about charges n all
Charges are exhorbitant. DTDC franchise at other places do not charge as high as this one. Staff is not only arrogant, they have very little knowledge of the business too. Hope someone at DTDC company reads these reviews and reprimands them.
Very rude arrogant staff no manners to talk to client. Or does not have any knowledge about service they are in to..
More over the abuse they do for not knowing is damn commendable..
In Google it's showing 24 hours working and we're out of the branch at 9:30 and the branch is closed even I tried to call the respective branch person he said come tomorrow morning and disconnected my call
