We forgot our bag at airport security and DTDC managed to collect it from there and made it reach our way home before our flight back within time. Special thanks to Karan for going through all the headache of dealing with airport authorities to collect the bag!
Reached out to them while I was on a one day stay in Mumbai and had to courier something urgently. I was rushing to the airport and Sanjay offered to send someone to pick it up from my hotel. They also helped to box and safety wrap. Courier was delivered on time. Highly recommend
I recently used DTDC’s travel baggage service to send my luggage from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, and overall it was a smooth experience. The booking process was simple, and the staff at the Mumbai branch were quite helpful in explaining packaging and delivery options. My bags were picked up as soon as my flight landed at T2 in the middle of night and it was delivered at my doorstep within the committed timeframe, which was around 3 days.
The packaging was secure, and all my belongings arrived safely without any damage or missing items. Tracking updates were regular, and I could easily check the shipment status online. The cost was reasonable compared to other courier options for bulky luggage.
I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend DTDC for hassle-free luggage transfer between cities.

This is for Sanjay Ghosh and Ajay Sahani,
I just received my bag. It was lost at CSMIA Terminal 2, Mumbai and I was unsure how to get any Info or leads. Sanjay who is a friend of a friend called up and assured it will be retrieved and sent to me.
I have not seen a more efficient and smooth handling of the whole logistics of retrieving the bag from lost n found, CMSIA, T2 to delivery at the doorstep of my residence in Hyderabad in such a swift and humane manner. Kudos to you and your team member Mr Ajay. I highly recommend your service quality promptness and responsiveness to customer needs in terms of handling the package end to end. Cheers and well done.
