The lady at the store was helpful, she called the DTDC courier at the other end to confirm if they made delivery at this (remote) location before booking our pkg for delivery.
I shipped an urgent package via overnight mail using DTDC. I delivered my package to this DTDC branch in Goregaon E. However, after 30 hours since handing the package, it has not been delivered to the destination and DTDC has no clue where the package is. This is supposed to be a premier courier service but in reality, it is incompetent. They charge a much higher price than other couriers such as Shree Maruti that has always delivered overnight without fail but DTDC has failed in a simple task. The package was misplaced either at this branch or in transit. Stay away from DTDC altogether. They do not even respond to the emails to the customer service and cannot answer simple questions on phone - pathetic courier service.
I went to this place for a courier, but the rate quoted felt unusually high compared to what I later paid elsewhere. I can’t say if it was intentional or just the way they price, but the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, not a good experience.
