I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent vehicle acquisition from Dream And Drive in November 2025.
I purchased a Toyota Camry from them, and I am pleased to report that the overall experience was highly satisfactory. The transaction proceeded smoothly, and I found my interactions with Mr. Lucky to be professional and efficient throughout the purchasing process.
I would like to acknowledge the exemplary conduct of Mr. Lucky and his colleagues, all of whom demonstrated commendable professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine dedication to customer service. Their helpful and respectful approach contributed significantly to the positive nature of this experience.
However, I must note that there are currently three outstanding matters that require resolution. Mr. Lucky has assured me that these issues will be addressed in due course. I intend to provide a comprehensive follow-up assessment approximately one month from now to document the resolution of these pending concerns.
I trust that these matters will be handled with the same level of professionalism demonstrated during the initial purchase process.

Update on my review:

I am writing to provide a further update regarding my experience with the vehicle I acquired from Dream And Drive. I am pleased to report that Luckybhai has honored all commitments made during the transaction. As promised, the broken tail light was replaced yesterday. Additionally, and notably, both number plates were replaced during this service visit—a gesture of modest monetary value but one that I greatly appreciate.
I would also like to document an incident that occurred following my purchase. On the day after taking delivery of the vehicle, I transported it to a facility for accessory installation. Upon collection, I observed multiple warning indicators on the dashboard, including: (a) Headlight System Warning, (b) ABS Warning, (c) Traction Control Warning, (d) Hybrid Battery Warning, and (e) Engine Oil Warning. Understandably concerned, I immediately arranged an inspection at Toyota and contacted Luckybhai, as I feared the vehicle might have underlying defects.
Throughout this situation, Luckybhai provided consistent reassurance and support. He facilitated communication with Mazharbhai, who confirmed that the vehicle was mechanically sound and pledged their assistance in resolving the matter. It was subsequently determined that all warning signals had been triggered by water ingress into the sensors during the window film installation process. I have since driven the vehicle to Pune, and it performs excellently.
In conclusion, the after-sales support provided by Luckybhai has exceeded my expectations and has been a most pleasant surprise. I extend my sincere appreciation to Luckybhai and his team.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
