Very disappointing experience. The consultation felt more focused on selling medicines, lotions, steroids, and unnecessary tests than genuine patient care. Doctor insisted on buying products directly from the clinic at full MRP prices even for a simple sunburn issue of worth 3000INR
After consulting my family Dr, we went to return the product and refund was initially refused saying the lotions seal are broken which was some technique of this Dr for not refunding. Refund was later provided after nearly 2 hours of argument. Also heard from society residents about earlier complaints regarding this clinic. Overall, not a trustworthy or patient-friendly experience. Not recommended.

My concern was never about avoiding treatment or “local brands,” but about being advised multiple expensive products and tests for what was diagnosed later by another doctor as a simple sunburn condition.
Also, after the consultation, I checked the same products at a nearby medical store close to your clinic and found them available at nearly 15% lower prices than what was charged/recommended at the clinic itself. This naturally raised concerns regarding transparency and patient trust.
Regarding the refund, the products were returned immediately and the experience became unnecessarily stressful. Patients have the right to ask questions about medicines, pricing, alternatives, and treatment plans without being insulted or judged on their budget.
Publicly calling a patient “waste of time” and making personal remarks is unprofessional for any healthcare setup. I shared my experience honestly so that other patients can make informed decisions.
I run a Photo Studio Shop at vashi. I visited Dr Sheetal through Google first time for skin allergy. This time i visited for back infection. Her diagnosis is accurate. Medications prescribed have given good results. A big Thanks to our wonderful skin doctor. Recommend to anyone for skin hair laser.

I visited for brothers alopecia on scalp , since 3 months. Hes doing great plus I see his hair health getting improved and thicker. Words would fall short to thank-you mam ,as he was getting ready for his occasion. GFC sessions as guided by Dr sheetal brings out that wonderful change. Once you sincerely follow, simple ways, you will notice the ways to improve. I personally enjoyed the signature hydra facial at her clinic.

I am happy and extremely satisfied to visit Dr Sheetal for wart infection and removal on around my thigh areas. The surgery was very well done by dr Sheetal. The bleeding was minimum , painless and I could get back to work , which I felt was the best part of safe and helpful treatment. Thankyou dr Sheetal for wart removal. I am also following up for pigmentation due to tanning . Trust dr Sheetal completely.
