I would highly recommend this dermatologist. The doctor is extremely intelligent, listens patiently to every concern, and quickly identifies the root cause with effective remedies. The calm nature and excellent interpersonal skills make every consultation comfortable and stress-free.
The consultation fees and treatment charges are very reasonable and affordable for middle-class families. The clinic is well-maintained with excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards, and is conveniently located at a prime location in Hiranandani Powai near D-Mart.
I consult the doctor for my entire family, including kids, and we have always had a very positive experience. I am personally undergoing PRP treatment and have seen very good results, including noticeable hair thickness improvement and reduced baldness.

I have been visiting Dr Reshma Ahuja for almost 10 years now....
I initially consulted her for my acne issues in 2016 which was recurring in nature.
She explained me the whole process of the treatment and in almost 6 months she cleared my skin followed by chemical peeling which completely cleared my skin and my skin has been acne free since then. In between even took consultation for hair fall and a few cosmetology procedure and have been completely satisfied with her treatment.
Her seniority as skin specialist and her calm demeanor in solving all your concerns as her responsibility is what makes her one of my most favourite dermatologists in Mumbai

The doctor and staff were kind, but I'm sharing this so others can set appropriate expectations or ask detailed questions beforehand.
I paid ₹4,500 for a carbon facial with pico laser, but the experience was far below expectations for this price point.
Key Issues:
After the treatment, I was moved to another room to apply a mask, then asked to wash it off myself at a sink. Some more patients were sitting around waiting in masks—it felt more like a crowded waiting area than a proper treatment space.
No extractions included: This means if you went in with a few acne and comedones, you'll be going back with them. I had to specifically request whitehead removal, and they agreed to do it only on my nose.
Poor communication: Before each step, I had to ask what they were doing as nothing was explained. Responses were vague—"it's nothing, just RF" or "just some mist." When I asked about the mask they were applying, I was told "it will make you feel cold"—not what it actually does or what it is.
Billing confusion: I confirmed on the phone that the ₹4,500 included consultation to discuss which facial suits my needs. After treatment, they tried charging an additional ₹1,000. When I reminded them of our conversation, they denied it. Thankfully, the doctor intervened and waived the fee.
The doctor mentioned several times that she was including extra steps since it was my birthday. While I appreciate the thought, it felt awkward and made me wonder what the standard ₹4,500 treatment actually includes, as the basics seemed quite limited.
I chose this clinic based on its location in Hiranandani, assuming a premium area would mean premium service, but the experience felt more like a budget salon than an upscale dermatology clinic.
