Had purchased pressure washing machine in 2013. The machine although works well but there is a design fault.
1) Water leaks from the oil seal and seeps into the bearings making them rough overtime.
The water seal design is totally faulty and is eccentric to the rotor shaft.
Bearings are quite expensive and hence a maintenance would roughly cost around 15k (including 2 sets of bearing change)
2) the self-adjusting bearings wear out due to water seepage and change angle due to v-belt pulley pressure from 25hp motor hence damage oil seal, touches the main machine body and damages shaft.
3) despite changing oil seals and glands frequently water seepage in the bearings don't stop.
A better design would've had been more suitable
Outer finishing is okay. But function is nice.
Delivery delay 10 days . But machine is good.
Worst experience with machinery. They show something and sell something else. Worst service ever experienced. No response after buying the machinery. Their machine is not reliable and there is no help from their end. I am trying to sell their machine and nobody is ready to buy this piece of metal.
Very poor service and response .. I request people who think of buying recycling machine then don’t ever buy doll plast machine .. poor service after delivery .. you will get fed up by calling them . They will not turn up .. buying machine from doll plast is like throwing your money into drain. .
