I recently got ceramic treatment done on my BMW 530d and the results were outstanding. The finish, attention to detail, and overall workmanship were truly fantastic. Had a really good experience at Don's Mahalaxmi. We got 2 of our cars ceramic coated with Graphene Matrix by Kovalent. The showroom seems a little small and open (giving concerns on dust control) but they know what they are doing.
Sufiyaan and Ali were very responsive, helpful, and clearly know their way around premium cars. When I dropped my cars off, I even saw an Aston Martin and a BYD sealion 7 there, which was reassuring.
We got ceramic coating done on two cars - one brand new and the other about a year old. The difference was especially visible on the older one, where the color really seemed to pop after the job. The team was also very accommodating in fixing any small issues that came up. They were always open to any feedback I had to share, which made the whole process smooth.
They created a WhatsApp group to communicate updates, provided free pickup/drop, performed a free inspection-cum-wash after a week and gave a microfiber with each car serviced.
Suggestion - budget a day or 2 extra than the communicated timelines. It may take longer.
Overall, very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
