Avoid this service center at all costs. Just 24 hours after a full service, my front brake seized completely while I was riding at highway —a terrifying mechanical failure I have never experienced in years of riding.
Even more shocking was the staff's reaction. When I called to report this life-threatening incident, they were incredibly dismissive, casually claiming "these things happen." They showed zero accountability for their poor workmanship. Taking your bike here is a genuine risk to your life.

My experience raised serious concerns about transparency, pricing clarity, documentation, and overall customer handling. When I asked basic questions about the benefits of servicing here versus Honda BigWing (the authorised service centre for Honda H’ness), the responses kept changing. Labour charges were bundled with spare parts without a proper cost breakdown.
Despite repeated requests, no OEM invoice or warranty for the parts was not assured. Worse, no invoice was given for the pick-and-drop charges, even after I specifically asked for it. This felt highly irregular and unprofessional.
For comparison, I later completed the same service at Honda BigWing for half price quoted by desi mechi, where everything was properly billed, transparent, and documented. The difference in process and professionalism was very clear.
What added to the disappointment was that after they themselves refused to service the vehicle, I was still charged money just to get my bike returned — again without any invoice or documentation.This is illegal.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to avoid choosing this service provider and opt for more transparent, reliable alternatives.

Please verify with authorised service dealers regarding actual service costs, warranty on parts, and warranty on service before deciding. This will help ensure you get clear billing, genuine parts, and proper documentation.

Came across them through a referral few years ago and been connected to them since then. Ashu and Sachin are good guys with great technically sound team. Key highlight I would say is they do not suggest anything additional replacement of spares if those can be managed through minor repairs. Great transparency in service done. Detailed checking of overall bike and all genuine parts are used. Cheers!!!

Thank you so much guys for restoring my bike to its former glory. You definitely live upto your 5 star reputation. I have tried all options of servicing (official service center, expensive professional workshops, local mechanics) but these guys surpass all of them with respect to quality of service and cost. They provide home pickup and drop as well so we don't have to bother anymore about getting our bikes to the garage and picking it up later again. They will examine your bike top to bottom and they will let you know all the work that has to be done in your bike and now its your call that what all works has to been done.. They will share you the pics of the parts of that needs to be repaired or changed.
Very friendly and humble people working here including owners and all specialist mechanics.
They do maintain a system of all your works history done on your bike.
My experience after riding, my bike hasn't run this smooth consistently for a very long time. Sachin and his team hats off to you guys for pulling this off. This is going to be my new home for my ride.
Also on top of all this they even follow up after service to make sure that everything is running well.

My bike is 13 years old and till date the servicing was done at the Bajaj Authorized Service center only. Post lockdown the service center was shut and the option available was far from my current residence.
After many search I found about DesiMechi and their positive reviews, hence opted to go for the same.
I really appreciate the idea of DesiMechi team of bringing such platform to us where we can peacefully handover the bike at the comfort of our home with timely updates on the work with details of the Job to be undertaken and control on what need to be done and not along with necessary advice with all in one stop solution (including tyre, seat cover etc...) to the consumer irrespective of Brand they own.
And I am sure there would be more people like me in Andheri who would be looking out for the service center post closure of the Bajaj Service Center at Andheri East MIDC. I suggest DesiMechi, they are professional and the work done by them is excellent.
