I strongly advise against purchasing any equipment from Deccan Construction Machinery. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Their sales team is very attentive and responsive when it comes to making a sale, but their support ends there. Once the equipment is sold, they disappear.
When I encountered issues and needed service, I found their customer support to be virtually non-existent. They were unresponsive and showed no interest in resolving my problems. It's clear that Deccan is only focused on making sales and has no commitment to customer satisfaction or after-sales support.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Deccan Construction Machinery. Their lack of service and support makes them a poor choice for any serious construction business
