At the time of booking for the Women's Fun Fest in Goa, several services and arrangements were promised by Mr. Abhishek Jha. However, many of these commitments were either not fulfilled properly or were completely ignored. These include:
- Sea facing Villa for our group of 9.
- complimentary cocktails and hookah
- high-tea at the beach was not good, cookies were soggy
- one of our group member had paid adv of 5000 for her a tentative booking which Abhishek promised to refund by cash at the hotel, but no refund received yet.
This caused inconvenience, disappointment, and unnecessary stress during the event.
Despite repeated communication and follow-ups, there was no satisfactory response or resolution from Mr. Abhishek Jha or the company.

I genuinely regret hiring Craftworld Events for our special occasion. From the very first interaction, they appeared convincing and professional, but what followed was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any event management company. Almost everything they promised turned out to be either exaggerated or completely false.
Their planning process was chaotic and confusing. Even after several meetings and clear written instructions, their team failed to deliver basic arrangements correctly. Deadlines were missed, designs were changed without approval, and communication was poor throughout. Every time we asked for an update, we either got delayed responses or vague assurances that everything was “under control.” It clearly wasn’t.
On the event day, things went from bad to worse. The decoration was half done when guests started arriving, the stage setup looked rushed, and the lighting was mismatched and poorly placed. The sound system kept malfunctioning, and the event schedule went off track completely. Watching the guests wait while the team tried to fix things at the last minute was both stressful and embarrassing.
To add insult to injury, we were suddenly asked to pay extra charges for items that were already discussed and included in the original quote. When questioned, their team simply said “it was not part of the final plan,” even though we had proof of the earlier agreement. It felt manipulative and dishonest.
The overall quality of their work was below average — nothing like what they show in their portfolio or presentations. The flowers were dull, the backdrop design looked unprofessional, and the overall décor lacked finishing. Even the photographers they provided missed key moments because there was no proper coordination or direction.
After the event, we tried contacting them to share feedback and request some form of resolution. Unfortunately, Craftworld Events refused to take any responsibility for their poor performance. They didn’t apologize, didn’t offer compensation, and instead made excuses for everything that went wrong. The attitude was careless and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction meant nothing to them.
In short, Craftworld Events turned what should have been a happy celebration into a frustrating and stressful experience. The mismanagement, unprofessional behavior, poor quality work, and lack of accountability made us deeply regret choosing them.
If you’re planning an important event, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. There are many other companies that actually care about quality, communication, and professionalism — unfortunately, Craftworld Events is not one of them.
