Worst Company.
It was a very poor company experience. This company is mainly suitable for people who live nearby or are from a rural background and don't have high expectations. Office politics is rampant, seniors don't provide proper guidance, project requirements aren't clear, and managers exert unnecessary pressure. Increments and growth also depend mostly on favoritism.
Main Issues:
1. Bond & Notice Period
1. Everyone, whether fresher or experienced, has a 2-year bond.
2. However, the actual process is so slow that it takes up to 3 years.
3. There is a 6-month probation period, but confirmation isn't given quickly.
4. If the manager or seniors are not close, confirmation is delayed by 8 months to 1 year.
5. Even after that, there is a 2-year bond and a 3-month notice period.
2. Salary & Increment
1. Salary is very low.
2. Even experienced employees receive around ₹18,016 in-hand.
3. After confirmation, it is only ₹19,016.
4. After 1 year, it is around ₹23,000 in-hand.
5. Increments are very slow and deserving employees do not receive growth.
3. Management & HR Issues
1. There is a huge communication gap between the manager and HR.
2. If you ask about a policy, the manager passes it on to HR, and HR passes it on to the manager.
3. Both blame each other.
4. Company policies frequently change without proper informing employees.
4. Leaves & Holidays
1. Only limited government holidays are available.
2. Casual and sick leave are granted quarterly (1 casual + 1 sick).
3. Only 4 sick and 4 casual leaves per year.
5. WFH Problems
1. Even working from home is strictly monitored.
2. You have to keep your camera on for 8 hours straight in front of a screen.
3. Whether you have work or not, staying online is compulsory.
4. Calls can come at any time, even late at night.
5. WFH means practically 24/7 availability here.
6. No Employee Benefits
1. No extra pay even for overtime.
2. No health insurance.
3. Even basic amenities like snacks or meals are not provided.
Overall, work culture, salary, management, and employee support all need significant improvement. Long-term growth seems difficult here, even for freshers.
