Bought a deck oven from Classique Elements , good quality product. Good Sales response and the product quality is upto the mark. Naved Bhai helped a lot to set up the machinery. Looking forward to expand the business with their products
So the review is solely based on my experience,I bought a few items from them for my cafe which includes a sandwich griller, blender, frier ,toaster , pizza oven.
We went there thinking that we will buy something good so that there shouldn't be much of maintenance for it we wanted to buy a good product that's it. But to my surprise the jar of their blender started to leak within few weeks, when I reached to them they said it happens we can't do anything and charged me almost 800 rs for changing the bottom of the jar.
Now the sandwich griller is also a very low quality product within a year it stoped working thrice that's why I m writing this review. Should I do business or just run to repair the item and most importantly we hardly make 15-20 sandwich in a day. Now u can guess what kind of product it is.
I am frustrated with thier product and won't purchase anything from them in future, instead I should have bought some local product.
Bought their rotating waffle machine recently, it’s a fantastic waffle iron and we are finally able to serve some delicious waffles just like it’s supposed to be served - crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Both the machine and the people selling it are extremely professional! Thanks guys for the happy experience overall!!
