I am a Happy Customer of CitiNetwork (Thane) since last 6 years . Very much delighted with their service. All their persons who collect and pack the goods are very enthusiastic and does their job nicely. The courier sent was always delivered timely in good condition.
Excellent communication and prompt response from Mr Prasad, quick service, all good. No complaints against the person who came to pick up the package but found him non cooperative and not considering customer's point of view while packing the items also he didn't allow me to fill the box with 10kg though I was charged for 10kg.
