Had a very good experience with Prashant and Suraj. Prashant was hardworking and genuine in his approach. He worked tirelessly to get my apartment sold in a right market condition. I Highly recommend this team.
Suraj has been the agent for our apartment in Chembur since 2021 with 3 tenants but flat was not unoccupied even for a day. He has a good network. Always goes the extra mile. He sorts cleaning and maintenance of flat in between tenancies. Got power of attorney made. Gets biometric done if you are residing in another city. After agreement is done, keeps track of rent being received on time or maintenance required.
