We bought for our office, they are nice and comfortable chairs
This is my second purchase from Chair Factory, and I returned because my previous chair lasted exceptionally well despite continuous daily use. I know many people prefer buying chairs online, but computer chairs are something you really need to test in person. Chair Factory manufactures locally, and you can clearly see the difference in the quality of the frame, the leatherette, and—most importantly—the after-sales service. The owner is genuinely proactive and responsive when it comes to support. I highly recommend Chair Factory.
2 years later (2025): Yet strong & sturdy. Never had any issues until date either with the mechanism or material. Worth every single penny.

I purchased an office chair from the Chair Factory in Mar 2021 and I've had a great experience. If you're one of those people who want to experience the chair before buying it, this is the place to go. Great product range and product knowledge and great prices too - what more could one ask for!
The after sales service was excellent - I had to transport the chair from one place to another and though I arranged for the transport vehicle, I was struggling to separate the base from the chair (only for the purpose of transport). When I requested the business owner to help with this, he promptly sent a technician who could separate the chair and I was easily able to reassemble the chair on my own at the destination. All in all, Chair Factory had some great service.
