The mechanics and the manager all were professional and took care of my car during the yearly maintenance servicing. I would continue to trust on them for mu future servicing or any other car related issues.
I had a wonderful tyre changing experience at CEAT Shoppe, Velocity Tyres today. The manager Raju, and the crew were very courteous, and experts. As I waited sipping on the tea they graciously offered me, the four tyres were replaced and the alignment was perfectly done. My tyres were old and hard. Even though the tyres may look good, if they are over six to seven years old, they turn hard and brittle. So, it is best to get them replaced for a safe and comfortable. This is a part of preventive maintenance. I am happy with CEAT Tyres. Thank you Team Velocity.

The worst service in the area received at this shop. The owner on call tells a certain price of the tyre and upon arrival, he is not present at the shop and the people that work for him tell a totally different price.
And when it comes to billing, they will send you off saying you will receive the bill on WhatsApp which doesn't happen.
You have to personally go and collect the bill later.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY SORTS OF TYRE SERVICES.
