Rented self drive i20 via Myles car. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They steal your security deposit and vendor stops responding after car is returned. NO DAMAGE was done to the car with pictures as evidence before and after. But there is no contact from the person on the ground for a week now. Car provided was heavily scratched and dented to begin with. It was unsafe to drive due to worn out suspension causing loss of control over bumps even at low speed. The tyres were worn out and had multiple patched punctures to begin with. Developed a puncture due to poor condition of the Tyre and a previous patch failed! And to top everything off, they delivered with Fuel tank at Empty forcing me to fill up, leaving them at the end with a FREE half tank of fuel! Completely unprofessional ruthless cheating outfit, putting people’s lives at risk and stealing from us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS even if you desperately want a self drive experience in India. Anything else would be better.
5 months Payment not paid to car owner and staff also not supportive. He use words like his owner of this company Rajiv ji & Yogender Ji please check my mail and support me.
The worst ever experience with self drive myles. They do not have any fleet. They are tied up with vendors. The cars are in horrible condition especially the vendor east west travels . Stinking of cigarette. Unclean car. Automatic version clutch is loose . Pathetic customer service and partner response. Sinking company .Booked an i20 was promised a mararzo was given a zest. My advise is seriously do not waste time and money with this company.
I booked a car from Myles and they confirmed the booking via sms and email, however I had to chase regarding whom to contact and who is going to deliver the car to the door step. After following with them for more than 4-5 hours I was informed that the car was not available. They are not reliable, wont recommend them to anyone.
