Visited Cars24 looking for a used car within a ₹10 lakh budget. Instead of showing available cars or understanding my requirements, the manager insisted on checking my CIBIL score first. I wasn't even shown proper vehicle options. The sales team appeared completely uninterested in helping a serious buyer. One of the poorest customer experiences I've had while car shopping. Customers come to see cars, not to be pushed into a credit check before any discussion. Very disappointing

Cars24 should invest in training its sales team and managers on customer engagement and consultative selling. A customer walking in with a budget and intent to buy should be shown vehicles first not treated as a loan application before the conversation even begins

Lost a potential customer within minutes because nobody seemed interested in selling a car. Avoided wasting any more of my time and walked out.

Cars 24 has cheated me. I had seen a car on the casr 24 app and booked a test drive. After 2 days, I got a call from Car24 and I said that the car you had chosen has a token. Are you interested in another car? I told them yes. I visited Car24 Goregaon. There I chose a Renault Tiger car and since my civil is a little bad, I asked them if there will be a loan in my name. They said that you have already got free off offers from Car24. You book your car by paying 10000Rs. They told me all the procedures. Make a down payment of 60000 and take your car. I paid 10000Rs and booked the car and Cars 24 told me that you will pay 50000 Rs in 5 to 7 days and your car will be delivered. It has been 2 days and I have started getting calls from different finance companies. You are Cars 24. Did you book a call from me? I said yes, after that, every day I got calls from different companies and every day I had the same question. After that, I contacted Cars 24. I just paid the Dp. I didn't get a call from them. They said cars24 is not worth it. They spent 15 to 20 days on it. They said cars 24 canceled my booking and refunded me only Rs 5000. These cars 24 people make people fools like this. They cancel your booking and refund me only Rs 5000. So my request is that while booking a car from Cars 24, think about it.
