I am extremely disappointed with Care Health Insurance. My experience has revealed a massive gap between their promises and their actual service, particularly when it comes to renewals versus new sales.
1. The "Sales vs. Support" Trap
It is incredibly easy to reach their sales team—they will call you back in seconds if they think they’re getting a new premium. However, the moment you need help with a renewal or have a technical issue, they become ghosts. Trying to get a human on the line to discuss renewal terms is a nightmare, and the "support" is practically non-existent compared to the aggressive energy of their sales department.
2. The "30% Renewal Discount" is a Scam
Don’t be fooled by their marketing about earning a 30% discount on renewals via their app. I followed all the rules and installed the Care Health app to track my steps. They require you to hit a 10K step goal, which I did.
However, the app is fundamentally broken:
The step counter stays at default or fails to sync properly.
Even though I was active and met the criteria, the app didn't recognize my progress.
Because their own buggy software failed to track my data, they are now refusing to honor the discount.
3. Consumers Pay for Their Technical Failures
As a consumer, I am now facing the consequences of their technical incompetence by being forced to pay a higher premium. It feels like a "bait and switch" tactic—lure you in with the promise of health-based discounts that are impossible to actually claim because the tracking system is rigged to fail

Fraud company, not to trusted insurance company,they cancelled my policy without 15 days advance notice serving.They haven't refunded my balance Rs 26018/- neither produced any proof of advance 15 days notice serve. Last 3 months continuously mailing for refund they don't refund my balance amount. Never ever buy health insurance from Care Health Insurance fraud company,many customers are facing problem, don't trust this fraud company.

Very disappointed with Care Health Insurance’s customer service during policy renewal. The process was unnecessarily complicated, poorly managed, and required multiple follow-ups from my side. There was no clear communication or ownership from the support team.

For a health insurance company, this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely not a smooth or customer-friendly experience.

We have had the worst experience with this company not once but twice. Please do not buy this policy, unless you have someone who already works for this company.
They reject pre-approvals and discharge approvals for very silly and irrelevant reasons. Treatment is of 1 thing and they keep asking for documents for some non-relevant things. They do not find any Doctor's notes to be valid and justified. Customer care is just automated same responses and no RM available for any help. They see to it that the patient is harrassed and still dont care. There is no point in paying hefty premium if you keep on rejecting claims for stupid reasons.

DO NOT BUY THIS POLICY EVER!
