My vehicle has been delivered in perfect condition today 30/03/26 at Cuttack, Orissa. It was picked up on 24/03/26 evening from Sikar , Rajasthan. I am very much satisfied with the service provided . The charges were comparable to most of such service providers and less than the so called big ones with service provided to my satisfaction.
I would certainly recommend Car 24 Cargo to all wanting to transport their vehicles.
Great experience- recently moved my car from Chennai to Bengaluru. Car was delivered on time and all throughout the process - they were responsive to my queries. Quote given was very competitive. Had a real good experience. Mr Puneet was always available to answer any queries and had very professional approach .
The coordinator very prompt and polite. They stuck to the commitment. The car was delivered in condition as it was. Surprisingly it was delivered before the scheduled date. The rates are reasonable without any compromise in service quality. It is my third shipment with them I strongly recommend Car 24 Cargo carriers.

I recently used Car24Cargo to transport my car from Kannur, Kerala to Chennai. I initially requested the pickup on 30th October and paid 10% in advance, but the vehicle was actually picked up on 1st November and loaded for transport on 3rd November.
During the process, I completed the balance payment, but due to a bank issue, the payment was not credited to their account. I requested them to wait for two days, but they were not willing to hold the delivery. As a result, I made the payment again through online banking and later requested a refund for the duplicate payment. They refund it on time.
The vehicle reached Chennai on the night of 5th November and was delivered to me on 6th November, taking a total of six days from pickup to delivery. The car was delivered in good condition, and I appreciate that everything went smoothly overall.
The customer care team was friendly and polite, which made the experience more comfortable. However, the major area for improvement is communication and tracking. The GPS tracking system did not work, and I did not receive regular updates about my car’s location or status. I had to call frequently to get information about where my car was and when it would be delivered.
If Car24Cargo improves their proactive communication and ensures that customers receive daily updates until delivery, the service would be much better.
