Very disappointing experience with Caple Traders. While purchasing the pressure pump, their team was extremely polite and helpful. But once the product started giving problems, nobody was ready to support us. Their employees speak very rudely whenever we ask for service or assistance.
They shared the engineer’s number, and he promised to visit “tomorrow,” but now he is not even picking up calls. This kind of after-sales service is completely unacceptable. Selling the product is easy, but supporting customers after purchase is what matters.
Very pathetic service and highly unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend buying from them if you expect proper customer support.

The shop is more on keeping Good relationship with customer and ensuring they get correct Product and after sales service
Never have I had an issue with their Product
The worst experience I have ever faced. It felt like we were in a government office, being forced to buy something. The staff didn’t seem to want customers; no one wanted to talk to those who were ready to make a purchase. Instead, all the sellers were chasing after those leaving the shop without buying anything.
I bought a hasmukh planar machine from here... And now I am asking for repairing and I am ready to pay the charges...they keep on lying tht they don't have labour to do it .. worst service they just know to sell...don't buy from here ..
Worst place to purchase any machine
They are least interested. Both the owners were busy with their phone and were least interested about the customer standing in their shop. Also they had no interest to show the machines or they did not even want to explain anything.
