I ordered Medjool dates from Candoor through Cred, but I am very disappointed with the product. The return period is only 4 days, and I opened the package after 10 days. When I checked it, I found that I had received ordinary dates instead of Medjool. Many of the dates look dry, and their skin is very hard. They are not soft or tasty like Medjool dates and are basically inedible
Please check clearly before buying any products from candor foods and open it immediately once u receive the courier...
Great company and very approachable staff. They are very accommodating no matter what size of business opportunity you approach them with. Highly recommend for Private label packing as the facility is super clean and BRC "A" GRADE certified.
worst experience. very unprofessional people on call. i think they need to work on first contact of customer with company!!!
