Buyer beware. Zero integrity and full of false promises. Don't expect them to provide ANY service once you've taken delivery of the car. I was promised two keys along with few other points which I raised about the vehicle I purchased. It's been over 7 months now and NONE of those promises have been fulfilled. I haven't even received the spare key which was supposed to be provided at the time of delivery. They aren't even providing a copy of the invoice for the purchase. Better buy your second hand car elsewhere.
Thanking the BD team for making our car experience truly 'delightful'. Loved the car and every bit of it. BD was always receptive and adaptable to our requests. Honest and trustworthy, reasonable and reliable, quick and efficient, classy in conduct and sincere in offer. We bought our X1 BMW through them in exchange of our Ertiga. BD was receptive to every request made to them. indeed looking forward to a wonderful journey together- for my second one that I intend to buy from them shortly. What made the difference that both the partners, Darshan and Ashish, are hands on directly involved with their customers and genuinely desire to do their best and exceed customer satisfaction.

It has come to my attention that this company has been dishonest in their business practices by selling faulty vehicles.
I purchased a car from them and paid a deposit of 300 lakh with the expectation that the car would be delivered in perfect mechanical condition. Additionally, I paid for the tires separately. The total amount I paid for the car was 790,000.
To my dismay, the car broke down after only driving 290 kilometers due to a catastrophic transmission failure. It is important to note that I had only owned the car for a mere 18 hours. I immediately contacted the owners to address this issue.
I must emphasize that Ashish Merchant, one of the owners, displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and prioritized his own financial gain. It is disheartening to realize that he was willing to deliver the car in such a condition, even a week before when I was in Mumbai with my 5-year-old son. Imagine being stranded on the highway with a failed transmission, with a young child in tow.
In light of these circumstances, I have taken the necessary steps to lodge fraud charges against this company. I firmly believe that they should refund all the money I invested, including the additional 10,000 I paid to reach my destination.
It is my understanding that this business operates by deceiving customers with false promises and hospitality, only to take their money and provide them with unsafe vehicles. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment to prevent any further inconvenience or financial loss.
Please note that my intention is to alert others about my negative experience and to seek a resolution to this matter.
Now they have broken car and money i hope justice system works in India and shutdown fraudsters.
