Have been using their service for 6 years now. Had recently used it for my house renovation where i stored all items with them. The team, supervisor, packing materials used and the way it was packed, excellent job done. The service is excellent and affordable cost on packing and storage. Within 2 days of my call all my items where sent back in the same condition.
Had approached them after talking to numerous movers and packers. Value for money. The best part is the storage facility at affordable price all your office and household items can be stored.

Decent service, the packers did a fairly good job, with both pick up and drop. Rates are competitive compared to most other similar services in the city. No issues with the condition of my things either. Overall, would recommend to anybody looking for reasonable storage solutions in Mumbai
Pickup experience: Professionally done with a pre booking visit to assess the material and spacing required. Reasonable quotation with a proper breakup of costs involved. Most of my items were already packed up so wouldn't comment on packing experience but yes the cling wrap kind of packing on each box helped protection from moisture, specially in a location like Mumbai. The boxes are properly marked and serial numbered. Photos of all boxes are shared before and after putting them in warehouse.
Billing experience: Its transparent and easy
Pickup experience: No damages found except for one broken glass.

I was searching storage facility for my household items for longer period but I was worried how service provider will handle and store belongings. BoxMySpace has proved to be an excellent, cost effective choice for our warehousing & storage needs. Good service, very professional people. Particularly their pick up team, pack and handle items in very proficient way. I got a chance to visit warehouse to collect one of the item and warehouse staff was very co-operative. Warehouses are clean and well managed. Faced a small issue during return but that was resolved immediately by the prompt intervention of Senior staff of BMC. I got my whole households items back in good condition. Overall, I am happy by the service and I highly recommend BoxMySpace.
