Back ground verification of all the maids are missing. Agency provides only photo of aadhar card. Further, many maids leave the job after few days as they might be getting another offer. However, agency has provided the replacement and meet their commitment. One suggestion to BookMyBai is that they shouldn’t entertain any maid once they deploy and after deployment, any maid contacts them back then they should inform the employer about possibility of absconding of these maids. This will increase the trust level of employers with agency.
