What truly stood out was the exceptional turnaround time. I initially called only to enquire, yet the wheelchair was delivered to my home within a few hours, complete with a demonstration. This prompt and thoughtful service brought immense relief to my mother, and seeing the happiness and comfort on her face was priceless.

The product range is vast and high quality including Wheelchairs and Walkers and Potty Chairs. The advice provided by their staff is good. Being an engineer i was also impressed seeing their motorized wheelchair. Their technical staff showed a 15 year old one that had come for repairs. So the impression i got was the manufacturer Arrex is providing support for spares and repairs. I’m glad i didn’t buy from a market that sells without spares/service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The lady at the reception has absolutely zero respect for customers and speaks very rudely. I didn’t even ask for any rate negotiation — I simply requested a packaged product from their warehouse instead of a display piece.

Instead of helping, she told me, “If you want, I can show you the CCTV,” in a very unprofessional tone. When I said she could show it, she suddenly insisted that I must buy the product at higher price, which I had never questioned. What bothered me most was her unnecessary comments and disrespectful attitude.

For a company dealing with medical products, basic empathy and courtesy should be expected. This kind of behaviour leaves a very negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers don’t face the same experience.

Have been buying equipment from Bombay surgical for sometime now , especially since September 2023 since my mother's rooms and toilet was renovated.
Bought a bath stool , bedrails and bedrest with corded remote.happy with al the products.
Staff is very helpful and ones get to know alot of stuff when one visits their outlet opposite HN hospital at Prathana samaj, Mumbai.

Bought an air mattress in December for a bed-ridden patient. In mid Feb there leakage in the mattress. Bombay Surgical refuses to provide any customer service on site.

The mattress with the bed had the stitching come off

Terrible product quality and would expect on site service for products for immobile patients.

I ended up taking the mattress and the airbed to the store. The mattress was replaced with the new one and the airbed could not replicate the problem there. So got both that back. I think it a fair solution.
